How to Log In

Access your Et'al MDM dashboard.

Access your Et'al MDM dashboard through the web or the mobile companion app.

Web Login

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Visit your Et'al MDM instance URL or click Log In from the homepage. If you're using the hosted version, go to:

https://app.etalmdm.com/login

Self-hosted customers use their own domain (e.g., https://mdm.yourcompany.com/login).

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

Email and password:

  1. Enter your registered email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. Click Sign In

SSO/SAML (Pro and Enterprise tiers):

  1. Click Sign in with SSO
  2. Enter your organization's SSO identifier
  3. Complete authentication with your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.)

Step 3: Two-Factor Authentication

If your organization requires 2FA:

  1. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
  2. Or click Use backup code if you don't have your device

Enterprise tier customers can enforce 2FA for all users through organization-level security policies.

Mobile App Login

iOS and Android

  1. Download the Et'al MDM companion app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Open the app and tap Log In
  3. Enter your credentials or use SSO
  4. Enable biometric login (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint) when prompted

Role-Based Dashboard

After logging in, your dashboard adapts to your role:

Field TechnicianEnrollment tools — QR code scanner, device provisioning, quick diagnostics

Session Management

Sign Out Everywhere

To terminate all active sessions:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click Sign Out All Devices
  3. You'll need to log in again on every device

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Forgot Password

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for the reset link (valid for 1 hour)
  4. Create a new password

Account Locked

After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. You can also click Forgot Password to reset and unlock immediately.

SSO Not Working

If SSO authentication fails:

  1. Verify your organization's SSO is configured in Et'al MDM settings
  2. Check that your identity provider session is active
  3. Try signing in through an incognito/private browser window
  4. Contact your organization admin to verify your SSO assignment
