How to Log In
Access your Et'al MDM dashboard.
Access your Et'al MDM dashboard through the web or the mobile companion app.
Web Login
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Visit your Et'al MDM instance URL or click Log In from the homepage. If you're using the hosted version, go to:
https://app.etalmdm.com/loginSelf-hosted customers use their own domain (e.g., https://mdm.yourcompany.com/login).
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
Email and password:
- Enter your registered email address
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In
SSO/SAML (Pro and Enterprise tiers):
- Click Sign in with SSO
- Enter your organization's SSO identifier
- Complete authentication with your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.)
Step 3: Two-Factor Authentication
If your organization requires 2FA:
- Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
- Or click Use backup code if you don't have your device
Enterprise tier customers can enforce 2FA for all users through organization-level security policies.
Mobile App Login
iOS and Android
- Download the Et'al MDM companion app from the App Store or Google Play
- Open the app and tap Log In
- Enter your credentials or use SSO
- Enable biometric login (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint) when prompted
Role-Based Dashboard
After logging in, your dashboard adapts to your role:

| Administrator | Full fleet overview — all devices, policies, commands, compliance status, audit log, and settings |
| Manager | Fleet overview with team management — devices, policies, and user assignments |
| Field Technician | Enrollment tools — QR code scanner, device provisioning, quick diagnostics |
| Viewer | Assigned devices — read-only view of devices, status, and compliance reports |
Session Management
| Setting | Duration |

| Web (default) | 24 hours |
| Web (Remember Me) | 30 days |
| Mobile app | Until you sign out |
Sign Out Everywhere
To terminate all active sessions:
- Go to Settings > Security
- Click Sign Out All Devices
- You'll need to log in again on every device
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Forgot Password
- Click Forgot Password on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for the reset link (valid for 1 hour)
- Create a new password
Account Locked
After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. You can also click Forgot Password to reset and unlock immediately.
SSO Not Working
If SSO authentication fails:
- Verify your organization's SSO is configured in Et'al MDM settings
- Check that your identity provider session is active
- Try signing in through an incognito/private browser window
- Contact your organization admin to verify your SSO assignment
